A little update....

Hello from the Ranch.

Mom finished scrubbing the floors in the porch today and then she polished them with linseed oil and mineral spirits. They look nice and dark now. Mom and Mrs. Ante have been working on our porch, making it look nicer and more organized. They are going to be putting up new curtains, too. It is looking nice so far.

We have been cleaning up outside, picking up odd boards and clutter. We also have been doing work in Dad's garden and in our own little ones. Tracy has a garden with rabbit food in it.She planted Carrots, Turnip Greens, Cabbage and Endive. They are all doing well, and she sprinkled diatomatious earth on it to keep out the critters.

Well, we have more chores awaiting us!

Hello there!

We had another blessed Lord's day, and it was our turn to host the meal at our cabin. We just learned the 11th Psalm and are practicing it .

We had a litter of five little kits out of Santa Monica, but Santa Rosa turned out to not be pregnant, so she is back in with San Clemente' ( Clem-O, as we call him). The litter is doing well, except one kit is not getting enough milk, so we upped Monica's rations. But hopefully the little guy will survive.

We gave the longhorn bull, QuetaChon, back to Mr. Sharp on Saturday, and we visited with him for a little while, but he left pretty quickly. QuetaChon is the bull we have used the last 2 years for getting our pretty lady longhorns pregnant.

Well, we are going swimming in the creek here in a while, so we better go!
