First Try
One of the things I am going to do this year is keep up with a blog. Many people have asked me why Michael and the children have their own blogs and not me. One thing is time but the other thing is that I have never made it a priority. Time to change. I hope to be diligent about it this year. Among other things, like reading, studying, mothering, and being more diligent in general. After all the Lord has truly blessed me and the one thing I can do is be the best wife and mother I know how to be. Michael is out of town right now. His mother had a bad fall and she broke her femur. Michael's dad was out of town working and Michael's 2 sisters live out of town so he drove up there to be with her. She is supposed to have surgery Friday.
Tracy, my 14 year old daughter, is gone to Cross Plains to look into getting more rabbits to breed. Jennifer, my 10 year old, is reading and trying to stay warm. It is COLD here today. Robert, my 8 year old, is with dad and Sarah, my 4 year old, is sleeping next to me. I have been cleaning this cabin. Not much room here since we downsized so I try to keep it as uncluttered as possible.
Lord willing this is the first of many entries. Danielle

Danielle,
I'm backtracking, trying to catch up on all my blog reading. Have had at least 6 weeks of various illness and injuries around here, but have kept you all on the ranch in thought and prayer. I'm glad to see you blogging and, Lord willing, will be able to begin to follow your example in my own blog. Bless you all.
