Sad News
Hello,
Our update today is bad news. Our goat, Cocoa, has died. She was having problems breathing all morning and just lay there limp, moaning, for 2 or 3 hours. We found her in the shade, but we went ahead and cooled her off anyway with wet towels, but it did not help. We are clueless as to what caused her to die. Helen is so lonely now again. Cocoa loved Jennifer, and Jennifer took it the hardest, but she is ok now.
Also, Belle's head is swollen and we think she got bitten by a snake, but she is getting better and eating again. We are so happy that the swelling is going down,also.
That is it for now, and we hope to post again soon,

I am so sorry to hear that your new goat Cocoa died. Though it is inevitable that unexpected deaths can occur while raising animals, it is never the less still sad. Lord willing, Jennifer will soon be blessed with another goat to raise and one that will also keep Helen company.
Good to hear that Tracy's cat Belle seems to be doing well after possibly being bitten from a snake!
May God continue to keep you all in His sovereign care and grace.

Hello Bunker Kids!
My name is Sarah. I'm 13, and I think your father might remember me from when I was little and when he went into NYC to see my mother and I.
I'm sad to read that your goat Cocoa passed away. Any animal's death is sad. Though I'm glad to hear that your other goat, Belle, is getting better.
Well, thats all for now. I hope you all can come to NY some time to see me. God bless you all and please give your father mine, and my parents' regards.
