Update on the Ranch
4/12/07 - 5th Day - After Breakfast. Well, we have been continuing on with our Ranchfest projects. The fellas got the roof put on the Ante's house yesterday, and today they hope to finish David's field fences. I've been working some in the root cellar, along with doing some writing here and there. We planted our green beans yesterday, and some potatoes as well. The tomatoes and peppers made it through the snow ok, and are doing well. My oat field is doing really well, though there are a lot of weeds coming up too. We also have some corn popping up in the garden. The prognosticators are calling for some rain maybe tomorrow, and some small probabilities early next week.

Michael, glad the snow didn't do any damage, praise God. Do you plan on trying to grow okra? I love, or can tolerate, almost anyhting veggie, but okra, never been fond of LOL...yuck. I'm sure it's good for ya though.
Peace,
Bill
