Windy
11/15/06 - 4th Day - Before Breakfast. Windy today. The front blew through at a little after midnight and the winds kicked up from the north with gusts of over 50 mph. We were used to this back on the high plains, but here we don't get these winds too often. Now it is sustained at 25-35 mph.
The are predicting the first freeze to be tomorrow morning. Weather here is interesting. We quite often get 80's throughout the winter. We get winter by fronts. When a front blows through it gets cold, but usually it is anywhere from the 50's to the 80's as the high throughout the winter. Fronts usually last from between 1 to 3 days. The high today is supposed to be about 62.
